Workshop Details
In our Jewelry Workshop, you can choose to create a bracelet, a pair of earrings, or a pendant. In approximately 1.5 hours, you’ll learn traditional techniques and processes used by the old craftsmen of Mostar and complete a unique piece of jewelry that reflects centuries of artistry.
Duration: Approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
In this workshop, you’ll create your own pair of earrings using copper wire. Our artists will assist you in shaping and finishing the wire into elegant designs, helping you craft a unique and eye-catching accessory. This workshop is perfect for those who prefer a quieter crafting experience without the need for hammers, but still want to create beautiful copper jewelry.
Duration: Approximately 1 hour
Our Relief Workshop provides a thorough 5-8 hour experience, immersing you in the most intricate aspects of coppersmithing. You’ll acquire in-depth knowledge of the craft, work alongside skilled artisans, and engage in discussions about the rich history and techniques of coppersmithing.
Duration: A thorough 5-8 hour experience (it can spread over two days).
Designed with younger audiences in mind but open to all ages, this workshop allows participants to select a small copper relief reproduction and paint it in their own unique style. Our team will guide you through our painting techniques and apply a protective lacquer to your finished piece. It’s a fantastic way for children (and adults) to engage in a creative activity and take home a personalized piece of art.
Duration: about 1 hour.
In this engaging presentation, you’ll learn about the rich history of craft in Bosnia and Herzegovina, including traditional techniques and famous motifs used in our reliefs. Denis Drljević will share his personal journey of mastering this craft and demonstrate the intricate process of creating jewelry pieces and reliefs.
